[The Kingdom]

Keith looks around the room. At a second glance, it looks eerily lived, as opposed to the decrepit outside. The room is nicely furnished; nicer than students could afford for sure, even if they did have that kind of access to the outside world. It's like the last person who lived there just left everything as it was for anyone to use. Maybe they did, whoever they are, and for whatever reason. It seems like a waste though, or maybe not since the current residents seem to have kept the place in good repair.

[Wynona]:
"I mean you can get anything you want out of anybody you choose. That's a strong skill, and I might need to borrow it someday."

She clams up and focuses completely on the screen in front of her. The visible shift in her concentration is impressive. She waves a hand in Keith's general direction noncommittally.

"You can look around or whatever."

Since she seemed busy he decided that he would take the offer and look around. He didn't touch anything in case it was something personal to anyone and so he wouldn't cause any careless problems. Keith decided to go look around other rooms, perhaps a bedroom for instance. Being around here gave him a slight case of homesickness but it didn't bother him too much for now.

[The Kingdom]

Keith wanders for a bit, passing through hallways and peeking in a few doors. There are a small few rooms that could be used as bedrooms, but it doesn't look like any of them serve as a permanent residence. The look of them is closer to a guest room; they're homey, just someone-else's-homey.
Every once in a while Keith hears footsteps and voices from elsewhere in the house. It sounds like he isn't anywhere near the first to be "recruited".
He pauses at a set of stairs, two actually, and side by side at the end of the hall with one going up and the other going down like a mall escalator.

Keith decides to go downstairs first. While going down he wondered if anyone in specific used any of the rooms. It didn't look like it. Actually, he wondered about who had owned this house before in general, and how did the kids/teens find it.

[Auditorium]

A bell signals the start of fourth period.

[Mime's Tasks]:
1- Find room
2- Ask one other person about The Kingdom
3- Complete!
4- Retrieve class schedule from dorm room

[Lesly's tasks]:
8- Retrieve mysterious file from Primrose

Mime froze in shock when the bell for the next class rang. She wasn't fully keen on returning to class, so she decided to head off to her room, Cassandra in tow.

"Aw~ are we going to leave her?" Cassandra whined.

"Yes," Mime mumbled, "I don't need norms slowing me down."

"But she's not normal, she's got powers just like you." Cassandra countered

"No," Mime stressed, "she's got powers, powers nothing like mine."

"Man, you are cold-hearted, seriously." Cassandra whistled, "If I were still alive I'd stick around to talk to her a little longer. You aren't even going to class are you?"

"Nope," Mime said closing her eyes. She sighed, this school was getting to her, she was losing her edge, she needed to get away from these people and quickly.

[Basement]

The basement of the strange building is surprisingly less bleak than one might expect. It's not much to look at, sure, but it doesn't look quite as eerie as it could have been, all things considered. For the most part, the space is vacant. There are some cardboard boxes and scattered paper, but that's about it.
The only thing that really stands out is a large wooden crate in the corner, practically camouflaged against the unpainted wall. Keith wouldn't have even noticed except for that it's so big, bigger than him even.
Across the front of the crate is a set of stenciled black letters reading "PRESERVED". Whatever that means. It's shut up pretty tight anyway. No way Keith is getting into that, unless someone with either a crowbar or some serious muscle does it for him.

[East Wing]
[Dorm Room 2E]

Mime's room, like the others, is made up to house two students, though it looks like Mime is without a roommate for the moment. It's a nice enough room, simple and homey. There are some school supplies and a schedule waiting on one of the beds and a spare uniform in the dresser.

4. Group Studies- Room 13
5. Lunch
6. Physical Education- Gymnasium

8. Elective

Keith looked somewhat annoyed that once again some information is being held from him but he figured this would be much easier to get at. He might even be able to open it if there were enough ants in here. That was probably animal cruelty somehow but Keith wasn't entirely sure whether he would be able to gather enough anyway. He decided to go upstairs and see if anyone looked willing to help.
